It features a flattering V neck with contrast tie and tassels and the bodice features fine pin tuck detail. It has a pretty little elasticated short puff sleeve. to cover the top of the arms. This sweet dress has 4 fabulous prints in a tiered design and although it is fun and floaty through the skirt, it has lovely shaping through the bodice.
