Returns Policy
At Cabana Style we pride ourselves on our reputation of selling beautiful and quality products with friendly service at a competitive price. Cabana Style stands by every product we sell. Before sending off your order, we will carefully inspect and pack every item and ensure that it leaves in perfect condition. Should you not be satisfied when your order arrives and would like to return or exchange it, please follow the steps below.
For all returns or exchanges please initially call/text us on 0404 388 306 or email us at within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will then discuss a return process that best suits both parties.
Please include a copy of the invoice as proof of purchase as well as a reason as to why you wish to return or exchange the goods.
All returned items must be in the original condition in which they were purchased with all tags attached and original packaging included.
We do not offer refunds unless the item is deemed faulty or damaged.
In some cases, we may require you to return the goods to us for inspection which is to be done at your expense. Once a fault or damage is confirmed we will be happy refund or exchange the product including the freight cost. All refunds will only be made via the original payment method.

Return shipping must be prepaid via a traceable method (we recommend registered post) to ensure safe delivery that is documented.
Cabana Style does not accept responsibility of returned packages if they are lost. It is strongly advised that when shipping your returns or exchanges to us, they meet the above required criteria, customers should select a service that provides tracking.
We do not take responsibility in the event of the goods failing to reach us. We are always happy to handle returns or exchanges at our CABANA AVALON store for your convenience.
