Shipping Policy

Where

We ship to Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping Times

We ship once a day.
Once an order is placed and payment has been confirmed, goods will leave our warehouse within 24 hours.

If in the unlikely circumstance that an item is out of stock we will contact the customer immediately and offer the option of either a full refund or provide an estimated re-stock date.

We will not ship part orders. If one of several items within an order is out of stock we will practice the above procedure.

Rate

If you spend $100 or more on a single order then shipping will be free. Otherwise, we charge a flat rate of $14.95AUD for shipping your order.

Delivery

Delivery times are between 2-5 business days.

Goods are either shipped via Australia Post or Couriers Please, depending on the most cost and time effective option.

Both services offer a 2-5 day delivery window depending on customer location.

Cabana Style cannot be held accountable for delivery exceeding this time frame by either transport company.
